We use technology and innovative strategy to bridge the gap between the faction elite and blue collared workers.
1. We conduct a small video interview with the worker and when an employer contact us, we send them the video interview conducted with the worker. The use of technology saves both the worker and the employer from the pain of travelling and taking out time for the interview.
2. Once the worker is selected we conduct proper background verification to protect our clients.
3. We have very strict method of running background verification keeping in view the security scenarios in Pakistan.
Background verification includes
a. We require two guarantors (Origin from the city of workplace).
b. CNIC of the worker, birth certificate and permanent address.

We charge one time fee and keep providing you workers 3 to 5 worker. Confirmation fee varies from category to category.

Mostly our workers are trained and experianced. In this case, if happens, we exchange that worker and provide you your worker who can handle your requirements.

No one can take lifetime guarantee of any person not even of his son but yes we investigate workers identity thoroughly that in any case we as a facilitator provide all the information of that worker to the employer their CNIC, their present address, their guaranters etc
